Contractual Relationships
Studio Search offers different types of contractual relationships.
- Retained Search - We provide a complete, full-serviced search with a dedicated team member who will give priority to your search requirements. This type of search can be used at any level especially when there is a critical need where positions must be filled in a short time. The service is usually reserved for management to executive level positions, or high value individual contributors.
- Contingency Search - This service is used for any level of position, but is most common for staff, manager and some director level positions. Fees are due upon placement. If you have ongoing openings that don't need to be filled quickly, you may want to select this option. Most clients use this approach when job specifications or profiles are consistent.
- Exclusive Search - This is similar to contingency, except Studio Search has exclusive responsibility for filling the position. Please ask us for more details.
